Deans Portal

In the Dean’s Portal you can:

  • View campers from your church that are registered

  • View your camp session; All campers registered, grade, church affiliation, grade, etc.

Username + Password

Your username is the word “Dean” with your first name and last initial. Example: DeanLaurenB

Password: Summer26!

Camper/Session Info

When you login, click "UltraCamp (New)" next to My Home Page

  • Click Reports on the top bar

  • Select the "Church + Session" report > Run Report

  • In the filter search bar you can type in your church name to see all campers from your church. (Or you can add this as a filter)

  • To view specific sessions: Click "edit report" > filters "edit" > drop down "sessions" and select session > run report

You can also click "Edit report" > return information "edit" and add in any info you'd like to see! (Grade, gender, etc.) 

Volunteer Status:

To see if someone has submitted their volunteer application:

  • Click Reports in top menu bar

  • Select “Volunteer Application” > Run Report

  • You can search for a specific name in the “Filter” search bar

  • If their name is on this list, they have applied. We may be waiting on background check, references, or confirmation from you (Deans) to confirm, but they have done their part in applying!
